What goes in each branch
Problem (who hurts and how much), Solution (what you build and why it works), Market (who pays, how many of them, addressable size), Business Model (how money flows in and out), Revenue (pricing, projections, unit economics), Team (who is doing it and why they will win), Risks (what could kill the business). The template covers the standard sections an investor or operator expects to see in a plan.
