SWOT Analysis Mind Map
The classic four-branch SWOT structure — Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats — as a mind map. SpawnGraph generates the map for you automatically — paste a company description or competitive analysis doc and the NLP engine categorises the content into the four SWOT branches. No manual node creation.
How to use this template
- 1Paste your business context. Company description, competitive analysis, or strategy doc.
- 2SpawnGraph fills the four branches. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats — all in place automatically.
- 3Refine and present. Recolour by priority, export as PNG for the slide deck.
What goes in each branch
Strengths: internal advantages — product quality, team, brand, IP, distribution. Weaknesses: internal limitations — gaps in capability, cost structure, customer concentration. Opportunities: external trends that favour you — market growth, new channels, regulatory change. Threats: external risks — competitor moves, substitutes, economic shifts. The template adapts the depth of each branch to your input — short context produces a tight one-screen SWOT, a long strategy doc produces a deeper map with sub-branches.
Why a SWOT mind map beats a 2×2 grid
A 2×2 grid forces every point into a single cell. A mind map lets each branch grow to the size it deserves — a standout strength might have five sub-points; a minor threat might have one. The visual hierarchy also reads better in a meeting than a four-quadrant slide. See the business use case for full strategy workflows.
