Now / Next / Later vs quarterly horizons
Now / Next / Later is the modern default — it forces you to focus on Now and resist over-specifying Later. Quarterly horizons (Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4) are useful when you need to communicate with finance or stakeholders who think in fiscal time. The template supports both — pick the heading you want and the NLP engine slots the features accordingly.
From roadmap to ticket
Once the roadmap is right, export the Now branch as CSV and import into Linear, Jira, or Asana — each user story becomes a ticket with acceptance criteria attached.
