Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SpawnGraph ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SpawnGraph Inc. ("we", "us", "our").

SpawnGraph is a browser-native mind mapping tool. We provide free and paid plans. Features and limits per plan are described at spawngraph.com/pricing and may change with 14 days' notice to registered users.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person, one account. Do not share accounts.
• You may not create accounts for automated abuse or scraping.

You may not use SpawnGraph to:

• Upload or process illegal content
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own the mind maps and content you create. By saving content to our servers, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit it solely to provide the Service to you and your collaborators.

Guest (unauthenticated) boards are stored only in your browser and never transmitted to our servers unless you save them by creating an account.

Free accounts are subject to limits on boards, exports, and collaborators as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust free-plan limits with 14 days' notice. Paid plans are not affected by free-plan limit changes.

Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are handled by Dodo Payments per their refund policy. Contact [email protected] for billing disputes.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We maintain daily backups and will make reasonable efforts to restore data in the event of infrastructure failure.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
